Getting Started
What is LobsterPay?
Programmable spend infrastructure for AI agents. Create wallets, set spending rules, and give your AI agents their own payment cards.
How do I get started?
Download LobsterPay from the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, complete identity verification, and create your first wallet.
What devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
Is LobsterPay available outside the UK?
Currently LobsterPay is available to UK residents only, with GBP wallets.
Wallets & Payments
How do I fund a wallet?
Via Apple Pay or bank transfer. Funds appear instantly.
What currency does LobsterPay support?
British Pounds (GBP) only at this time.
Are there any fees?
LobsterPay is currently free to use. We'll provide 30 days notice before introducing any fees.
How do agent cards work?
Each agent gets a virtual Visa card powered by Stripe Issuing. Cards can be frozen, unfrozen, or revoked at any time.
Security
How does the policy engine work?
Every transaction is evaluated through a 13-stage pipeline including spending limits, merchant controls, category restrictions, and risk scoring. Transactions that don't pass are automatically declined.
Who is responsible for agent spending?
The wallet owner (you) is responsible for all transactions made by your agents.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Sign in on your new device with the same Apple ID. Your agents and wallets are linked to your account, not your device. You can also freeze all agent cards from any device.
How do I report suspicious activity?
Email [email protected] immediately. You can also freeze individual agents or all cards directly from the app.
